Driving Directions

Approaching from the South

Heading northbound on I-380, take Diagonal Drive exit (#19A) and turn right (east). Diagonal Drive curves left over the Cedar River and turns into 8th Avenue SE> Stay on 8th Avenue and then turn right onto 8th Street SE. The entrance to the Plumb Heart Center will be on your left.

Approaching from the North

Heading southbound on I-380, take the 7th Street exit (#20B). Continue on 7th Street and turn left on 8th Avenue. Turn right onto 8th Street SE. The entrance to the Plumb Heart Center will be on your left.
